We know that life is in our hands, and so we try to open up the windows to our gasping mind and let
the air of the Aegean Sea come in. We all have a need to improve our standard of living-not by using material measures and criteria, but through artistic creation and physical exercise-and we also have
a need to improve mental and spiritual health on an individual and collective social level. One of our group’s dominant needs is collective action, as through it each person is able to find expression.
The designation “En plo” (At Sea) connotes this as well, since it expresses-in addition to the liquid element-the desire for a continuous motion towards both personal and collective development.
